You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase. Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the store lawfully. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Product information and pet suitability

Review the product description, size guide, materials, included items, and intended use before ordering. Screen colors can differ from the physical product. Material changes to an ordered item require an appropriate resolution; general variation notices do not remove rights for misdescribed goods.

Select supplies suitable for your pet’s species, measurements, and behavior. Follow supplied warnings, supervise use where appropriate, and replace worn or damaged products. Do not treat product descriptions as veterinary advice.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that the order was received, not necessarily accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or an obvious error. If a canceled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, billing, and payment

Review prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes before confirming payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. See Payment Options for further information.

Shipping and delivery

Processing and transit estimates, charges, tracking, and delivery support are described in our Shipping Policy. Provide a complete delivery address and notify us promptly of errors. Delivery estimates do not remove mandatory delivery-related rights.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the voluntary 30-day return window, exclusions, return costs, and refund process. Mandatory consumer remedies take precedence.

Content and intellectual property

Store text, branding, images, and other materials belong to their respective owners or are used with authorization. You may use the site for personal shopping. Commercial reproduction or exploitation of protected materials without authorization is prohibited.

Reviews and submissions

Submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not include another person’s private information, unlawful content, or misleading claims. By submitting content for publication, you permit us to display and format it for that purpose without changing its meaning.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit fraudulent orders or impersonate others.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt unauthorized system access.
• Do not interfere with store security or functionality.
• Do not use the store to violate intellectual property or other legal rights.

Third-party services and Shopify

Our store uses Shopify and may link to third-party payment or other services. Their own terms govern services they provide. Your purchase contract for store products is with our company, not Shopify.

Errors, availability, and suspension

We may correct errors and update store information. Access can be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. We may restrict misuse of the site, subject to applicable law; doing so does not remove existing order obligations or statutory remedies.

Responsibility and consumer protections

To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for losses is assessed according to the circumstances, including misuse or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed products.

Applicable law and disputes

Applicable mandatory laws, including consumer protections that apply in your place of residence, remain in force. Contact us first if a problem arises so we can seek a practical resolution. These terms do not remove your right to bring a claim before a competent authority or court.

Changes, severability, and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Updated terms apply prospectively; the version applicable when you ordered governs that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Contact our customer care team for questions.
