Availability depends on your location, device, currency, and payment provider. A payment method described here is not a promise that it is available for every order.

Currency and order total

Review the currency shown at checkout. Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are reflected in the displayed order total. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

How payment information is handled

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. Do not send payment credentials to customer support by email. Our support team does not need your card security code or banking password to assist with an order.

Authorization and declined payments

• Check that billing details match your payment account.
• Complete any authentication requested by your bank.
• Contact your card issuer or payment provider if a payment is declined.
• Check for an order confirmation before submitting a second payment to avoid duplicate orders.

Pending charges and refunds

A pending authorization may appear before an order is completed. Release times are controlled by your payment provider. For a completed purchase, eligible refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
